New Bild Backrooms 0.2

Hello lost in the backrooms!
In this patch:

Add:
- health, stamina, hungry UI stats;

- settings sound;

-some hint phrases;

Fixed:

- volume screams;

- speed character movement;

- light in start location;

- Start location

- bug related to turning off the PC using the wall;

- VHS, its number has decreased;

Optimized:

- light;
